There are no rates for the dates I require or rates appear as "On Request". What do I do now?
If the rates for date(s) you require are not listed on our portal, then we
cannot quote you a rate as yet, since the hotel has not provided them. As new
rates are finalized, they are posted on our website.
When a rate shows on our website as "On Request", it is usually during peak
periods, such as public holidays, special events, or conferences/exhibitions.
Once we receive your completed reservation form, including payment details, we
will negotiate the best rate with the hotel and advise you, at no charge. Once
we receive your acceptance of our rate, your request will be processed. If you
decline the offered rate, the request will be cancelled and no charges will
apply.
Is the room rate per person or per night?
All room rates are per room per night, unless specified otherwise. The rates are
not applicable during New Year's Eve and other special events and are subject to
change. The price is guaranteed upon receipt of final payment. All rates are as
per this portal.
Are taxes included in the rate?
ALL taxes and charges ARE included in the room rate.
Are taxes included in the rate?
Travel Extremes promote South East Asia travel products and services to the
international travelers. In that, these rates are only given to overseas guests
and expat and not for local residents and citizens. Therefore, the hotel
reserves the right to refuse OR reject the guests upon check-in if the guests
turned out to be local residents and may be liable to pay a walk-in rate
supplement upon check-in.
What credit / debit cards are accepted?
Normally Master, Visa and American Express cards are accepted. However,
acceptance of these may still vary depending on the type of product that will be
reserved and the policy of the products and services providers. In that, it is
advised to check availability of this with the products and services providers
directly.
My credit card number is correct, but it is not accepted. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
- Your card type is not accepted by the hotel
- The card expiration date precedes the reservation date
- You have reached your credit limit
- There is a computer error
Why is the price different to when I last checked?
Apart from changes that may be made to reflect market conditions, the prices are
shown in the currency requested by the user and these are subject to currency
fluctuations. Therefore there may be slight variations in price on a daily basis
that will reflect any movement in the currency exchange levels. Once a booking
has been created however, the currency exchange rate for that booking is fixed
as those at the booking creation date, even if further items are added to the
booking. Most importantly, the prices include service charges, local taxes and
in many cases breakfast.

When will I be charged?
For hotels with instant confirmation, you will be charged immediately upon
making reservation. But for hotels without instant confirmation, you will be
charged only when your reservation is confirmed
Is there any fee using travelextremes.com booking service?
Travelextremes.com does NOT charge any fee when you are booking a product or
service. We aim to provide the direct access between customers and reliable
travel providers. However, some of our partners might charge some booking fee at
a small amount in order to process your reservation.
