How do I reserve my hotel room?
Hotel, resort and accommodation rooms may be reserved online or via
travelextrems.com portal. Upon request, travelextremes.com processes your
requests and channels the booking and reservations with the products and
services providers (ie. Hotels, resorts, etc.), which are travelextremes.com
partners.
Do you have rooms available on specific dates?
Hotel, resort and accommodation room availability on specific dates are often
available. In most cases, confirmation of room reservation on specific dates
selected may be immediately confirmed and assured. Although room reservations
are still dependent on the availability of Hotels, resorts, etc. Thus, it is
highly recommended for guests to book way ahead of time.
Can I make a reservation directly to the hotel?
Travelextremes.com is an online travel portal that provides travel information
from several products and services providers (ie. Hotels, resorts, etc.),
travelextremes.com processes and channels requests (ie. Room reservations,
flight booking, package reservations, etc.) to the web partners. Guests or
viewers are more than welcome as well to book or make reservations directly to
the hotel or product and services provider, but those will be always higher and
rack rates will be applicable.
What if the hotel that I selected is unavailable?
In the event that the reservation is not possible or the hotel room is
unavailable, you will be notified via email by us with alternative options.
What is the latest time that I can make my reservation?
It is highly recommended to book way ahead of time or the earliest possible
time. In that way, guests may have a better chance to get an easily confirmed
reservation. In most cases we can only guarantee a 2-working day leeway before
the actual date of reservation. Same day booking is not a normal practice.
How far ahead can I book? Can I book say 6 months in advance?
A 12-month time period is absolutely ideal! Just kindly remember the booking
that you have made. Travel extremes for your convenience, during the reservation
process, offer a booking or reservation reminder (a month, 15 or 7 days prior
check in).
Can I specify my room preferences (preferred floor, non smoking room,...)?
Room preferences are absolutely appreciated, accepted and noted. These will be
communicated by travelextremes.com to the products and services providers. We,
on the other hand, will confirm to you the availability and/or feasibility of
your preferences. Moreover, these preferences may be communicated directly to
the hotel upon check-in.
May I make a reservation for someone else?
Making reservation for someone else may be done but actually depends on the
products or services providers. It is advisable to check with the provider/s
first before making the reservation/s.
What happens to my hotel booking if my flight is delayed or canceled?
Although uncommon, flights can be delayed at times. In case like this, it is
advisable for the guest/s to inform directly the hotel. Additional charges
incurred due to a delayed flight may depend on the reservation policy of each
products and services providers.
